My brother, Jason Royer, and I started investing in real estate over 6 years ago. We started out doing 4 houses our first year in business and have grown to being on pace to complete nearly 50 rehabs this year. We primarily focus on buying, fixing and selling retail homes but also do some turnkey properties, and some wholesaling. Additionally we have several rentals in our personal portfolio that we manage. I enjoy all things Real Estate, but rehabbing homes is my passion. I love to network and share knowledge and experiences with other like-minded investors.
