WARNING! DO NOT RECOMMEND Aon Rent Protect TO YOUR CLIENTS
Try calling in to get information. Terrible Customer Service. No one knows anything. They need to get with the times…Aside from the fact that they are still using telephones to do training instead of GoToMeeting or something similar…it’s a little hard to attend a training when you cannot access the information on HOW to dial in on the day of the training. No confirmation e-mail with the information or anything.
If this is how poorly they run their training I can only guess at how the rest of their operation is run

  UPDATE: Unfortunately I cannot delete this comment even though I made it, so it needs correcting. The Training had NOTHING to do with Aon Rent Protect and ALL of the customer support and service shortcomings with the training were the responsibility of the My REI Advisor people
